One of my favourite things to order off of a menu is a cheese and bacon burger. There's is just something so alluring about the gooey cheesey goodness mixed in with all the meat. I'm drooling just at the thought.
So, I decided to make my own and show you how.
You'll need:
Lean Beef Mince
Onion
Garlic
Mixed Herbs
Chilli Flakes
Weight Watchers Cheese
Bacon Medallions
Warbutons Thins
BBQ Sauce
Shove your mince, herbs and chilli flakes in a bowl with the onions and garlic and mush it all up together.

Then make it into a burger shape and put under the grill.
I tend to cook them for ten minutes on each side.
You need to make sure that it's completely browned and cooked or else it'll collapse once you flip it over.
Add the bacon halfway through cooking and about a minute towards the end an the cheese on top.

I finished mine with a tsp of BBQ sauce and placed it in a Warbutons Thin.
All of this for 1pp on filling and healthy. Yummy tummy indeed.
